Roneey Shuttle is a licensed Tourist Transportation Company.

These Booking Conditions apply to the person making the booking and all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made.

Please read these Booking Conditions carefully. They apply to all bookings made through Roneey Shuttle who are acting as agents on behalf of all of the suppliers (including, tour operators, and accommodation providers) in your booking.

These booking conditions govern your relationship with Roneey Shuttles.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and must be authorized to make the booking on behalf of the members of the party. The person making the booking must also provide a copy of these booking conditions to the other members of the party.

Booking Process & Contract Formation

Arrangements may be booked on the Website using the following process:

The costumer selects the destination, traveling date, the number of seats, & Pick up place. After making your selection from the available options, a summary is then displayed, setting out full details to allow you to check the information of your Booking. You must ensure that all of the information displayed corresponds to your choices. The arrangements are booked in the name and on behalf of all the Beneficiaries at this stage of the booking process.                                                                                    You will then be asked to validate your Booking, after reading and accepting these Terms, by checking the box marked “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions.”. All Bookings are subject to these Terms and the terms and conditions of the Accommodation Provider if applicable. Then You must provide the details of the Paypal account to pay for your Booking.                                                                         You will receive a Booking confirmation email along with the corresponding invoice. The information set out in the confirmation email forms part of your contract. A binding contract between you and Roneey Shuttle / the Accommodation Provider, as applicable, will come into existence when this confirmation e-mail is sent.

Company: Roneey Shuttle acts as a Tourist transportation. We arrange transportations services and sell tours related products on behalf of suppliers such as tour operators, and accommodation providers. In doing so Roneey Shuttle gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service. You agree that if the accommodation services or Tours are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not Ronney Shuttles.

Prices: Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, We will bring to your attention any change in Rooms made prior to you completing your booking (in case a Private room is required) and paying the balance of the price. We reserve the right to increase the price of arrangements due to increases hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations. Roneey Shuttle is not under obligation to refund any over payment ticket sold by Agencies or Hostels under our name.

The price  for the Shuttles do not include any border fees nor any other additional cost required at border crossing, It is the customer's sole responsibility to pay their own Fees or expenses that may incur during the Trip.

Schedules: Departure Time/Arrival Time may vary due to border crossing and traffic, we are under NO responsibility to do partial, full refund nor any type of compensations for delays caused by Border or traffic issues nor natural disasters. If there are any Change on departure times due to force majeure, we will bring to your attention with the new schedule to the number or e-mail provided on your reservation.

Changes on departure: It is not Roneey Shuttle responsibility on alteration made by you without notifying the company in advanced - If you want to change any part of your booking, we will do all we can to help. However, we are under no obligation to make any change, only with reasonable notice (usually 48 hours in advanced) changes on pick up places may be possible.

Pick up Time: Pick up may vary due to the amount of people, hostel locations, traffic and border crossing (if apply) It may take  20 min before & 30 min after the departure time, Please be ready 20 min before your departure time scheduled. if there are delays we can notify you to the number provided on the reservation info.

No-shows: are automatically canceled with any re-booking options.

Cancellation: We reserve the right to not refund any reservation, The tickets bougth through this via or any Roneey Shuttle´s office are not Refunded nor transferible  under any circumstaces. This booking is final, change on departure dates & routes are not accepted. If you cancel your booking you may incur a full cancellation charge.

Major Force events: If due to Force majeure Natural disaster, Sociopolitical issues or Company intervention it is necessary to suspend the trip before it starts , the Company undertakes no more than the ticket refund for the amount paid to the company; in case ticket had not been bought directly with Roneey Shuttle it is necessary to get to your agency or tour operator.

Liability: We have no liability in respect of the supply of any element of your booking including: any liability for illness, personal injury or loss of any kind, delay (and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by your own or any provider or by other third parties unless caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or loss must be brought against the relevant supplier. Roneey Shuttle and/or drivers is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, It is responsibility of each and every customer to take care of their own belongings.

Passport, Visas & Stamps: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport & stamps at the time of travelling and that you hold all necessary visas and permits. Some countries require you when entering to hold passport with at least six months’ validity. Children are required to hold individual passports. The Company is not responsible for incomplete documentation & Permits that could prevent the passenger’s crossing.

Border Fees: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the right amount and currency payment for border fees.

Travel Requirements: Roneey Shuttle is not responsible for any Issue you may have if yo don't bring travel requirements ready, it is the customer's responsability to check travel requirements according to your Nationality and Traveling country before the trip, we are not responsible for any additional cost that may incur at the borders for not having the proper documentation required by any agent at the borders

Delays: The Customer understands that delays and mechanical breakdowns may occur without warning.

The Customer agrees to hold harmless Roneey shuttle for any damages caused by delays. Additionally, the Customer understands that Roneey Shuttle/contractors are not responsible for refunds due to delays. If there are any changes on the trip departure, the custumer may cancel the reservation and get full refund OR the  customer can accept to travel at the new assigned departure time and date but there is NO option to get Partial or full refund

Damages: Customer is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by Customer or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Any actions that cause damage to the vehicle(s) can result in an extra charge to the Customer. If anything is lost or stolen from inside the vehicle, there is a $100 minimum replacement fee. If anyone gets sick and vomits in the vehicle, there is a $50 minimum clean up fee.

Complaints: We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the services provided you must report it immediately. We shall attempt to resolve the matter immediately but if you remain dissatisfied you must write to us within 8 hours from the end of your trip. Failure to complain at your destination may mean we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return. General – We reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.

Copies of those terms and conditions are available upon request Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be read as excluding, restricting or modifying rights under the Trade Practices Act and other legislation given to consumers in relation to the supply of goods and services.
